Breatherapy RETURN POLICY

Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 1 business day. We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. and packages typically arrive 3-7 business days after the order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unopened products ordered directly through our website for up to 14 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or otherwise compromised product as a result of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email info@breatherapytabs.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis, and are not guaranteed if products have been opened and/or used.  Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your bank statement. 

We do not currently accept exchanges.  

Sale Items

Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, should your order arrive damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours to info@breatherapytabs.com. Our team will require a full description of the damage to the product, and may require supplemental photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the above sections. 

Third-Party Retailers

Products ordered through a third-party retailer and not www.breatherapytabs.com are subject to the relevant return, shipping, and refund terms set forth by the external retailer and must be handled with them directly.
